Our services cover key global regions, including Asia (China, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.), Europe (Germany, France, Italy, etc.), North America (United States, Canada), as well as South Africa, Australia, Brazil, and other regions. We can provide targeted service support according to customer needs.

Upon receiving a client's customized request, our professional team will communicate with them within 24 hours to clarify specific requirements (such as technical parameters, scenario adaptation, etc.). A preliminary customized solution can usually be provided within 3-5 business days. For complex requirements, we can negotiate to extend the timeframe and keep the progress in sync.

The timeframe varies depending on the region: 24 hours for countries in neighboring Asia, 48 hours for Europe and North America, and 72 hours for other regions such as South Africa and Australia. Special and urgent projects can be expedited upon negotiation.

The warranty period for standard products is 1 year, and for core components it can be extended to 2 years (subject to the contract agreement). The warranty covers product quality issues, repairs and replacement of spare parts for malfunctions under normal use, but does not cover damage caused by human error or force majeure.
